HEC postgraduate scholarship For Balochistan and FATA

Applications are invited for HEC postgraduate scholarship for the applicants of balochistan and FATA. Last date of application is june 24, 2016.

The Higher Education of Pakistan(HEC) is now accepting applications for persuading Master's and MPhill degree in all disciplines. HEC postgraduate scholarship is applicable for students having local domicile of Balochistan or FATA. 

Eligibility Criteria HEC Postgraduate Scholarship

1. Applicants must possess local domicile of Balochistan or FATA.
2. Applicants must complete 14 years of education with a minimum of 50% marks
3. applicants must complete 16 years of education with at least 60% marks.
4. Applicants must not exceed 35 years old before application date.
5. Applicants must require academic applications before the closing date.
6. Candidates already availing HEC/government scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship.

What Scholarship Covers?

1. Average tuition fee and other charges including hostel fees upto Rs.60,000 per semester.
2. Living allowance of Rs.8000 per month with an increment of Rs.500 per year.
3. Book allowance of Rs.6000 per annum.
4. Travell allowance of Rs.5000
5. Initial settlement allowance of Rs.10,000.

Fill out the application form correctly and attached the required documents mentioned below.

1. Printed copy of online application form duly signed.
2. Attested photocopies of all educational documents.
3. Attested photocopy of CNIC & domicile local certificate.
4. One passport size photograph.
5. Original deposit slip/bank draft/ATM transfer of Rs.200 as application processing fee in favor of Director General Finance HEC. You can also submit fee at Habib Bank in account number 17427900133401.

Last Date of Application

Applications should reach HEC office by June 24, 2016. 

Important Notes

1. Scholarship will be awarded on merit and district/agency quota.
2. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Aptitude test & academic credentials score. Aptutude test will be held by HEC.
3. The scholarship ratio distribution is 50:50 for Balochistan and FATA.
